Parker joined the Dick’s crew in the summer of 2008.  Since then, he has become a full-time brewer and is passionate about both the science and art of brewing.  He really enjoys talking to people about the craft brewing industry via brewery tours and brew festivals.

For Parker the pursuit of quality hand-crafted beer does not end when he leaves the brewery.  He is an avid home brewer and will often finish brewing a batch of beer at work only to find himself going home to begin another.  In addition to brewing, Parker enjoys drinking the final product with co-workers, friends and family.  He is also a movie buff and loves many activities involving the outdoors.
