From making sausage to boxes, assembling variety packs and putting together out-going orders, Marcello has climbed the ladder at Dick’s Brewery.  The son of a 22 year retired First Sargeant; Marcello spent a good portion of his childhood on military insulations around the world.  Now with the skills that have been passed down by his father and Dick Young he commands quality control.  Every keg, 12 oz. and 22 oz. containing beer is sanitized, labeled and packaged to his level of excellence.  Making sure that every distributor and customer alike walks into the sunset with a refreshing glass of Dick’s Beer.

Marcello’s free time is spent with his family, target shooting, comic book and action figure collecting, as well as industrial espionage, sabotage, infiltration and survivial.
