Dick’s Irish Ale

Toasty and malty, our Irish ale is an incredibly approachable red ale.  Lots of specialty grains in the mash really make this beer. Well roasted Munich malt and rich caramel malt contribute depth and richness of flavor and a beautiful red color. 

We then add a melanoidin malt which is what gives the Irish its unique “toasty” flavor. The intricate culmination of malt provides plenty of body and mouth feel to this gorgeous Irish style ale.  English style hops and yeast help place this beer in teh style of only the finest brewing traditions of the British Isles.  make it a favorite with everyone.
