Working Man’s Brown Ale

A complex mash makes this beer truly unique for such a classic style.  

We combine two types of sweet caramel malt and lightly roasted biscuit and victory malt for depth and richness and of flavor.  By no means can you call this beer one dimensional. As such, this beer pairs well with many meats and cheeses. We also add highly roasted chocolate malt giving the beer its wonderful reddish-brown color.

Magnum hops give the brown ale a clean and balanced bitterness.  In addition, Mt. Hood hops are added plentifully at the end of the boil for an excellent flavor and aroma.
